positive response from opensocial spec on adding a params parameter to requestShareApp in 0.8 to support this. supporting it now would require something hacky like using the Message TYPE field to hold it since it's javascript and you can totally ignore any spec if you feel like it.

we should be able to add support for post install more easily.

this was accepted into 0.8 spec and we'll implement it when we start work on 0.8

0.8 supports this for invite but doesn't address install.

install support is checked in and will go live week of 6/23. any view-param passed to a preview page will be passed through to the canvas page after install.
