OpenSocial Persistent data calls not working

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Try to use newFetchInstanceAppDataRequest
  2. Then newUpdateInstanceAppDataRequest

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? it get data and then update it.

i added support for app data fetches for OWNER or VIEWER, we need to add support for groups (OWNER_FRIENDS and VIEWER_FRIENDS) still.
