Skins properties aren't passed in for custom embedded styles

Description

In this case I think we'll have to pull in the style information from the page elements before calling CreateGadget?, since we don't have any structured attributes that are set like when the user has a skin.

this is actually really good, as it would open up a whole world of vulnerabilities i don't want to deal with.

i'm hoping to be able to phase out customization not using skins, we'll see.
